Emma is really starting to enjoy drawing pictures. On many days, she'll draw 5-10 full pictures, like the one shown, that may take her about 10-20 minutes per picture. She's doing a great job, and I'm really proud of her.
But there's 2 things in this picture that bother me. Can you see what they are? First of all, look at how she depicts me, specifically from the neck up. She's been drawing all her pictures of me like this lately. It makes me want to shave my head.
The more disturbing feature to me was the number of people in the picture. By her own admission, the baby she's holding is a doll, but the one Becky is holding is not. Emma tells us that this is the new baby we're going to have. Excuse me? Emma says her name (not his) will be Twinkle. OK...
In any case, when I saw the picture, it got a smile out of me, so it's all good. Of course, Becky was laughing hysterically at her depiction of me. Whatever.
